Written by: Paul Kukla I hate making predictions of any kind, yet I promised you in my previous blog I would review the teams that will make the 2nd season, the one that counts, you know, the playoffs. I start blogging here at Hockey.com and all of the sudden I fall into the "trap" of making predictions. Heck, the guy in the blue flannel shirt, sitting at his computer in North Bay, could do exactly what I am about to do and make a prediction. In about a month's time, people will come back to this blog, laughing at me, aiming their mouse pointer right at me and LOL! I could blame it on the upgrade here at Hockey.com, the fumes from the new paint job got to me. Yes, that is my excuse, blame it on the upgrade. I was under the influence of the upgrade, do something new... Read Full Post: NHL

I think it would take a miracle for the Leafs to make the playoffs. Their best bet is to finish in the bottom (where they are now) so they can get a decent draft pick.

Well done Paul! I'm thinking Jersey and San Jose, as I said in a blog last week, as I think it will come down to goaltending as well.
Good call!

The Leafs are a joke. Seriously they can't even tank properly. If their recycled old GM Fletcher doesn't get it, how can you expect the players to as well? They'll keep on winning some games, finish a spot or two out of the playoffs, and get a suckie draft pick as a prize. It must suck to be a Leafs fan.

I'm calling NJ vs. ANA in the Cup Finals. Ducks will prevail.

Ducks/Sens, same result as last year.
I think the Sens will find their groove in time to go deep into the playoffs.
