Call it what you want - The Booty Call, Butt-Strom or A hole in the rules - but the waved-off Wings' goal last night should not be looked at as costing the Wings a series sweep of the Dallas Stars.  Sure the goal would have given the Wings a 1-0 lead in the game, sure Dallas would have had to chase the Wings again - but the Stars were not going down without a fight.

Everyone had Dallas losing last night. Even the hometown media were predicting a Stars loss.  I am sure the Dallas players were playing for pride and did not want to end their season on a four-game losing streak.  They showed their resolve last night and now, with one more victory on Saturday, they could find themselves right back in the series.

In both game 4 showdowns the home underdogs survived. The unfortunate thing is that neither looked great doing it. That being said, this could be a spring board for better performances from both teams. We got to see first hand the resolve of each team.

On the road, in an elimination game is another story. Here's the thing. At some point, each and every player on both of these teams has been on a winning team. The teams they are on now are winning teams. They know how to win. At this point it is a matter of winning the game at hand.

I have no personal tie to each of the four teams left. I want to see a good series from both teams. Game 7s are a few and far between and a very exciting event. I want to see each go at least 6 games. Both Dallas and Philly have proven that they can win, and most importantly proven it to themselves.

No team wants to be an easy out in any playoff series, lets hope neither of these teams will be an easy out.
